    Overview

Welcome to the Cosmos API Docs. The Cosmos API allows airlines, ground handlers, and integration partners to push operational data into the platform programmatically. This documentation covers the APIs available to integration partners for pushing operational data into the Cosmos platform. The API is designed for automated, system-to-system data ingestion. Your operational systems (DCS, RMS, turnaround management tools) push flight leg data to Cosmos via a webhook endpoint. Cosmos processes each record, tracks changes over time, and automatically creates or resolves delay incidents based on the data you send.

    What is Cosmos?#

Cosmos is the operational infrastructure for service excellence in aviation. Instead of spreadsheets, emails, and manual SLA tracking, Cosmos provides a single source of truth for operational performance across stations.

    Who is this for?#

This documentation is intended for technical teams at airlines, ground handling providers, and integration partners building data pipelines into Cosmos. You'll need an active Cosmos account and API credentials provided by your Cosmos point of contact.

What can I do with the API?#

Ingest flight leg data — Push scheduled and actual flight information, delay codes, passenger counts, special services, and turnaround feedback into Cosmos via a single webhook endpoint.
